About me

Hi, my name is Jill!

I attended massage school in Anchorage, Alaska. For the past few years, I have been working in the clinic scene, teaming up with chiropractors and physical therapists to provide the most optimal care plan for patients. This experience allowed me to travel to various remote clinics throughout the state of Alaska, from the Arctic Circle to the Aleutian Islands.

Certified in Craniosacral Fascial Therapy (CFT), Infant CFT, Myofascial cupping, Gua sha, and Teishin, I am dedicated to continuous learning and growth in order to enhance my ability to assist both myself and others. I aim to personalize every session according to each person's unique goals, whether it be targeted oral fascial therapy, pregnancy or overall body relaxation.

Now that I have returned to Minnesota, I am excited to be back closer to family and to have the opportunity to build new relationships!
